Protect Yourself from Fraud

Trustar Bank will never call, email or text you to request your personal information, account details, passwords, PINs, or ask you to click a link to verify a transaction.

We have recently seen an increase in fraudsters impersonating Trustar Bank’s Treasury or Fraud Department. These scammers may contact customers by phone, email, or text and ask you to click a link or provide information to verify a transaction. These requests are fraudulent.

If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from Trustar Bank:

  • Do not provide any personal or account information.
  • Do not click on any links.
  • Hang up or end the communication immediately.
  • Contact Trustar Bank directly using the phone number listed on our official website or notify your local branch.

Stay alert. Stay protected. If something doesn’t seem right, contact us immediately.
