lost or stolen debit card
Please contact us if your debit card has been lost or stolen.
Personal cardholders may block the card via online banking or our mobile app.
To block your card via the mobile app, sign in to your account and scroll down to “Card Management” on your Trustar dashboard. Click the the toggle button next to the account number associated with the card you would like to turn off (as shown below). Your card is now blocked. If you would like to unblock it, simply click the toggle button again.
