Please see forms listed below along with instructions on how to securely send applications and forms via Trustar Bank’s secure message portal.


1. Go to the Secure Message Center:
If this is your first time using Trustar Bank’s Secure Message Center, you will need to create an account by using the “Register” button, as shown below. If you have already registered, please sign in.

2. After signing in, you will see the Secure Message Center home page. This looks like a typical email home page. Here you can send your forms and applications to your Trustar Bank representative, much like you would on a regular email account.

3. Click on the Compose tab. This will allow you to create your message. Compose your email message and attach the form. When you press send, your information will be sent safely and securely.
